   "Kubbur"

We are so pleased that Kubbur has arrived from Iceland.  Kubbur is settling in well and is becoming everyone's favorite boy.  We found Kubbur at Midengi, and have spent a considerable amount of time riding him in Iceland.  Kubbur has been Dori's (Helga from Midengi's son) show horse for quite some time.  This is a photo taken shortly before Kubbur was sent to the United States, of Dori riding in his FIRST adult class.  Dori and Kubbur took third in a 4 gaited competition.  We couldn't be more proud, as Dori is only 14 years old.  Julia and Dori have become such good friends.  We are looking forward to having Dori visit us soon.

We will be adding a few more  photos of our horses, although our Icelandic horses will need their own dedicated site.

We have Icelandic Horses here in the US, both domestic and imported, horses in Iceland, as well as a stallion share in Iceland.  We are expecting more foals in 2010.
